To Join:

Send your name, organization name, professional title, email address, phone number, and the specific committee you wish to join to MAAP Director Laurita Crawlle at lcrawlle@hria.org or 617-279-2240 x 519.  Thereafter, you will be informed of all MAAP meetings and events.

What to expect as a MAAP member:

Members will have the ability to set a statewide asthma advocacy agenda.

Members will have the opportunity to join and interface with a network of key asthma leaders. Through this network, members will have access to a wealth of information.

Participation is expected. MAAP, as an entire body, will hold quarterly meetings. Each committee will convene no fewer than six times a year. Members are strongly encouraged to support advocacy initiatives as they arise.

Each member will be empowered to help his or her respective organization achieve its own mission. Each member will get tools to support his or her home organization, develop local coalitions, or facilitate the growth of existing coalitions.
